

Bridging the traditional and the modern presents an intriguing challenge in today's world. This project offered a unique opportunity to blend time-honored leathercraft with contemporary design sensibilities. By fusing these two worlds, we created a fresh, "traditionally modern" approach to the leather-making industry. The result was a satisfying synthesis that resonated with both the client and myself, successfully marrying heritage with innovation.

The Thought Process
The logo design fuses earthy green with traditional black, featuring the Black Wattle graphic as its focal point. This combination results in a modernized twist on a traditional business, effectively bridging heritage and contemporary aesthetics. The color palette and imagery work together to create a visual identity that honors the brand's roots while appealing to today's market.
